Our purpose is to make online content safer, inclusive, and human.
Online content is exploding by the second, and so are the issues of bias, toxicity and misinformation within this content. Tackling these issues is beyond manual operations.
We are a deep-tech, AI based, SaaS startup, working on developing solutions to some of these challenges. Solutions to some of the problems we are solving are futuristic, bleeding edge, in the research space, and these technologies are yet to be created.
Our Leadership Principles
We express our gratitude to Amazon and Sapient who have created these leadership principles and live them each day.
Leaders will start with the customer and work backwards. They shall work vigorously to earn and keep customer trust. Although they pay attention to competitors, they obsess over customers.
Leaders are owners. They think long term and don't sacrifice long-term value for short-term results. They act on behalf of the entire company, beyond just their own product or team. They never say, “that's not my job”. Leaders ensure that defects do not get sent down the line and that problems are fixed so they stay fixed. They never say “I have done my job, I don't know what happened after that”.
Hire and develop the best
Leaders will hire and develop the best talent by raising the bar with every hire / promotion. They will recognize and reward diverse talent and create support systems to nurture the teams for high performance. Leaders develop leaders and take seriously their role in coaching others.
Insist on highest standards
Leaders will develop deep expertise in the technologies, solutions and processes we deliver for our customers. They set relentlessly high standards that will drive a culture of measurement, innovation and simplification. They will continually raise the bar and drive our teams to deliver high quality products, services, and processes.
Leaders consciously build an inclusive culture where authentic selves of each individual is welcomed wholeheartedly. Leaders will listen attentively, speak candidly, and treat our customers, people and vendors with empathy and respect. They will rely on metrics and data rather than anecdotes in our decision-making. They will respectfully challenge decisions when they disagree, do-not compromise for the sake of social cohesion, but once a decision is determined, they commit wholly.
