Initially capitalized words, not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed to them in our Terms of Service.
User data collection
We may collect the following information from you when you use our Service and/or Platform. The information may be stored on our servers or third-party servers.
a)User data: We do-not collect any user data. We do-not collect or store any personally identifiable information of users.
b)We may collect information that does not personally identify the user such as your location, demographics, use of our Service and/ or our Platform and the Internet.
- c) Account Information. When you register to use Service and/or Platform, or create a ishield.ai account (the “Account”), we may collect only the information required to create/ register such an Account, such as your email address, name, organization and role.
d) Payment Information: When you make payments through our Site and/or App, you may need to provide your financial account information, such as your credit card number, to our payment processing partner. We do not collect or store financial account information, though we may receive transaction identifiers and summary information that does not include credit cards or bank accounts.
e) Cookies: When you visit or use our Platform and/or Services or open our emails, we and our third-party service providers may collect certain information by way of cookies. The information collected in this manner includes IP address, browser characteristics, device IDs and characteristics, operating system version, language preferences, referring URLs, and information about the usage of our Platform and/or Services. We may link this data to your Account. We compile aggregate data about traffic on our Platform interactions in order to offer better experience and tools. You may be able to change browser settings or phone settings, whichever applicable, to block and delete cookies when you access our Site or App. However, if you do that, the Sites or the App may not work properly. Our analytics service providers may also collect information about your use of other websites and online services over time, if those websites and online services also use the same service providers. f) Customer Support Inquiries: If you contact us directly, such as when you contact our Customer Support team, we will receive the contents of your message or any attachments you may send to us, as well as any additional information you choose to provide. We don’t collect or store any personal identifiable information of the user.

Disclosure of information to third-party: We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer personally identifiable information to others, except:

If we offer functionality to share information via email or social media on any of our Platform and you choose to use such functionality, the information you provide may be shared with recipients. We may share with third parties, including but not limited to, other users and vendors: (1) information you submit in your Account, and (2) your feedback regarding our Platform and/or Service.
The third-party service providers that we use help us in performing various functions such as processing credit card transactions, analyzing data, serving advertisements and providing marketing assistance. All service providers are contractually required to treat all information provided by ishield.ai as confidential.
Storage of information
All our applications and data is stored on AWS cloud servers. These are protected by the AWS cloud security standard. We don’t store any passwords or PII data in our systems.
Deleting personal data
You can remove your Personal Data from ishield.ai at any time by logging into your account, accessing the Settings page, and then deleting your account. Alternatively, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that, for security reasons, subscribers of our paid services will first be instructed to cancel their subscriptions before they can delete their ishield.ai account.
How long is Personal Data retained?
You can remove your Personal Data from ishield.ai at any time by deleting your account as described above. However, we may keep some of your Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary for our legitimate business interests, including fraud detection and prevention and to comply with our legal obligations including tax, legal reporting, and auditing obligations.
What happens if ishield.ai closes your account?
If ishield.ai closes your account due to your violation of the Terms of Service, then you may contact ishield.ai at email@example.com to request deletion of your data. ishield.ai will evaluate such requests on a case by case basis, pursuant to our legal obligations.
Protection Of The Information
While no platform or service is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Additionally, your information and your password is protected with encryption, such as Secured Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, during transmission over the Internet.
Communication And Opt-out
By establishing an Account with us, you agree to receive communications from us, including via e-mail, text messages, and push notifications.
Email. If you wish to not receive any promotional emails from ishield.ai please email firstname.lastname@example.org or follow the unsubscribe options in the promotional emails..
You may not be able to unsubscribe from receiving essential Service-related and Account-related informational (transactional) emails from email@example.com. If you do wish to unsubscribe from such emails, please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line: “Unsubscribe from ishield.ai Transactional Emails.” Please note that unsubscribing from such emails will impact your use and enjoyment of ishield.ai Platform and Services.
Push Notifications. You can opt out of receiving push notifications through your device settings. Please note that opting out of receiving push notifications may impact your use of our Services.
